Yusuf was fantastic in getting us in touch with Brahim, who expertly brought our personalized itinerary to life, planning out the guides, hotels, and every detail. Yusuf’s dedication didn’t stop there – he even took the time to visit us at our camp to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was such a lovely touch! And his follow-up didn’t end when we left Morocco; he even checked in with us after we returned home to make sure we were doing well.
Our driver, Hassan, was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. The hotels and camp we stayed at were fantastic, offering a great blend of comfort and local charm. However, what truly made our trip stand out was the exceptional service we received from the staff at Riad Syed Al Hora, particularly Mehdi, who was absolutely delightful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We had a fantastic time during our 4-day trip with Marrakech Camel Trips (“Standard Accommodation” option), from pickup in Marrakech to drop-off in Fes. Our guide and driver, Elhoucine, was truly amazing and he made the trip incredibly special for us. We immediately hit it off and were so happy to spend 4 days touring with him. Elhoucine was always friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable about his beautiful country and its history, culture, and people. We enjoyed seeing and learning all that he shared with us, which was a lot! Mountains, lakes, rivers, palm tree groves, desert sand dunes, markets, music, friendly people, incredible food… there is so much to love about Morocco! Elhoucine made sure we were comfortable and well fed at all times. Every meal was delicious and healthy, and the accommodations (two hotels and one night in the desert camp) were absolutely wonderful! We became good friends with Elhoucine, and hope we will see him again someday, whether in Morocco, our home town in America, or some place in between.
We recently did a desert tour in Morocco and really enjoyed the experience overall. The landscapes were breathtaking, especially watching the sunset and sunrise over the dunes. The tour was 3 days, and covered everything from the Todras Gorges, Ifrain, the Atlas Mountains, the Sahara Desert and everything in between. While the drives were long, our guide made sure to stop for sites and lunches as much as possible all along the way, so the ride was fun and enjoyable. We opted for an ATV ride rather than riding a camel, for ethical reasons, which was a really fun way to experience the dunes! We stayed in a beautiful hotel the first night and in the luxury camp the second, which was a fun experience to meet other travellers and enjoy a drum show!
The organization of the tour was solid, and we didn’t have to plan anything. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and we appreciated learning more about the local culture and traditions along the way. If you’re curious about the desert and want to experience something different and scenic, this is a great way to do it!
We had the pleasure of spending three days in Morocco with Mohammed as our driver and guide, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Mohammed was incredibly professional, always punctual, and extremely knowledgeable about the places we visited. His driving was impeccable — we always felt safe and comfortable, even on the most remote roads.
