On the first of the 3 days tour from Casablanca to Marrakech via the Sahara desert, we will pick you up at Casablanca’s airport. then hid the road to visit the Hassan II mosque. After that, we will drive to Meknes via Rabat the capital of Morocco, and visit all the available sites this two historical cities. Then we head towards Volubilis to explore the Roman Ruins situated near the city of Meknes. We continue to the religious center of Morocco Fez, where we will stay overnight in a Traditional Local Riad.
After breakfast, we leave Fez heading south, we visit the Switzerland of Morocco Ifrane, the cedar forest in Azrou where we meet the barbarian apes. .Then we drive along Ziz valley passing through few Berber villages, to reach Merzouga Desert, where you switch to camels, and cross the dunes to the heart of the desert, on the way a stop will be made to witness the beautiful sunset. At the campsite you will be enjoying the music of drums, Moroccan dinner, and see the vast open sky of shiny stars and sleep in a nomadic Berber tent.
Returning early morning on camels to the hotel, make a stop on the way to see the charming sunrise. Have breakfast, and the opportunity to shower before our departure to Marrakech. We drive along the volcanic mountains of Saghro, and through the oasis of the Dades and Rose valley to reach Ouarzazate. Then enjoy sceneries of the High Atlas Mountains landscapes along with the Berber villages all the way to Marrakech. Dinner and overnight in a riad. The 3-day tour from Casablanca was amazing. Even though the time was short, we managed to see a lot of Morocco. We visited iconic places like Marrakech, with its vibrant medina and Jemaa el-Fna square, and explored the Atlas Mountains. The highlight was the desert, where we enjoyed a camel ride through the dunes and an unforgettable night in a Berber camp. Everything was very well organized and the guide was very professional and attentive. A short but very complete trip, highly recommended!
