    Overview

    4 days tour from Ouarzazate to Merzouga. On the way, you are going to stop to see the amazing views of the Valley of Roses and Dades Valley as well as the gorges of Tough. After that, we are going to drive through some towns to the Sahara Desert.

    It is a great opportunity, as you will get to see how people, mainly Berbers live. Last but not least, you are going to listen to the Gnaoua music in Khamlia, meet nomads, and then we are going to drive back to Ouarzazate where our 4-day tour ends.

    Itinerary

    Day 1Ouarzazate - Merzouga desert :

    Firstly we going to pick you up in Ouarzazate and drive to the Gorges of Tough. On the way there, we are going to stop from time to time to enjoy the panoramic views and take some photos of Berber villages along the way. When we arrive at the gorges of Toudgha, you will see the amazing views of mountains and cliffs as well as the enchanting palm groves. Afterward, we are going to drive through some towns, namely Tinjdad, Eljorf, Rissani to the captivating Sahara Desert where you will get to see the spectacular view of the sun as it goes down among the golden dunes on our camels which will drop you off at the well-equipped in the desert where we will spend the night.

    Day 2Merzouga- desert tour:

    Secondly going to make sure you get up early to see the sunrise and take some pictures to remind you of your lovely journey to Morocco. After watching the sunrise, our camels will bring you back to the camp to have breakfast and take a nice shower, and then we are going to drive into the hidden and genuine beauty of the Sahara Desert and its oases, mainly Khamlia. Khamlia village is a small village in the desert in which black people who say they’ve come from somewhere in southern Africa live. Interestingly, these black people have an amazing style of music known as Gnaoua which is amazing music and you should see their performance, not only that, but we will pay a short visit to a nomad family so that you see how people live and explore the lifestyle of Saharan Berbers. At night, we are going to head back to our camp to have a nice dinner that is served by nomads and do some stargazing before we hit the sack.

    Day 3Merzouga to toudgha gorges:

    Thirdly In the morning, After Breakfast, we are going to set out for Toudgha gorges. Before we get there, we are going to visit some interesting places and do some exploring. We are going to stop in a small village named Rissani; it is a few miles away from the Sahara Desert and it’s commonly known for traditional shops of both Berber utensils and outfits that you may want to purchase. After that, we are going to stop to see Erfoud city and then carry on driving to the Gorges of Toudgha where we will spend the night.

    Day 4Toudgha Gorges - Ouarzazate

    Fourthly going to drive back to Ouarzazate where our journey ends. On the way there, we are going to stop from time to time to get some fresh air and take some pictures, particularly in Dades Valley and pass through some towns specifically Kelaat Mgouna and Skoura where we will stop to enjoy the panoramic views of the Valley of Roses and then carry on driving to Ouarzazate, the end of our 4 days tour from Ouarzazate to Merzouga Sahara Desert and back.
