This trip was an incredible part of our honeymoon in Morocco. Our driver, Zaid, was excellent the whole way through — very funny and warm and accommodating to any stop or small detour we wanted to make. The highlights for us were unquestionably feeding the berber monkeys and riding through the Sahara desert by camel. It truly felt like we were in a movie, the scenery was so unbelievably breathtaking. An absolute once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our camp in the desert was much more modern and comfortable than we expected — better than some of the riads we’ve stayed at during our trip
A friend recommended us to try the tour and it was definitely one of the best tours of my life. You are greeted with fantastic staff. Our guide was knowledgeable and kind. When we got to the camp it was like paradise. The tent was clean and had plenty of hot water in our private washroom. The food was authentic and delicious. At the end of the night we played music together under the Milky Way. The staff are very kind and humorous. They really know how to give you the best experience in the Sahara desert. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Morocco. Thank you guys! Ichwaa!!
We read a ton of reviews before picking this trip. It was super confusing and discouraging since all of the names sounded so similar and there are some majorly crap stories out there. We saw a lot of decent reviews on TA and rolled the dice on Marrakech Camel Trips. Brahim is the owner and was very quick to respond and helped us set everything up. We got picked up from our riad in Marrakech on time and headed off. We chose to do standard hotel and luxury tent. We also decided to do a private trip with just the two of us to have a bit more freedom. The first day was good and our driver/guide Rachad was very friendly and informative.
We just got back from a 4-day trip from Marrakech to the Merzouga desert with some friends. The tour was fun and well put together. Brahim told us everything we needed to know before the tour, and everything went as planned. Our guide Mubarak, who is an excellent driver, a well-prepared guide, and a very nice person, deserves special thanks. We had a good time on the minibus, and we liked seeing the sights. We loved riding a camel to the desert and staying in a tent camp. It was great to learn about the Berber way of life. I strongly recommend this tour, and if you can, try to get Mubarak to be your guide!!
We booked a 4 day tour from Marrakech to the desert- with a one night stay in the luxury camp in the dunes, outstanding trip. We were so looked after by our guide Aziz and our driver Mohammed – we could not have had a better team, every detail was considered, and we all had an absolutely amazing experience. We were blown away by the care, attention and respect provided throughout the 4 days. Highly recommend booking with these guys (and suggest you request Mohammed and Aziz!). Would recommend to everyone.
